How I feel when people keep posting about charlotte.....

Are you referring to people posting about the Charlotte School of Law, aka CSL, the for-profit school that accepted under-qualified applicants, had a high drop-out rate and a miserably low bar passage rate, and shut down in disgrace in August of 2017, leaving hundreds of graduates saddled with insurmountable debt, and was the laughing stock of the legal community for the last few years? THAT Charlotte, or are you talking about the city in general, or someone named Charlotte?
