Arizona will administer the NextGen UBE starting July 2027. NextGen score transfers are accepted at 620 effective with the July 2026 administration of NextGen in other jurisdictions. The MPRE 85 minimum is unchanged.

Arizona will administer the NextGen UBE starting July 2027. NextGen score transfers are accepted at 620 effective with the July 2026 administration of NextGen in other jurisdictions.
Score acceptance: accepts NextGen UBE transferred scores at 620 (interim, until further Order of the Arizona Supreme Court).
Cut and MPRE
Arizona cut score: 270 (400 scale). MPRE minimum: 85.
Fee schedule
AZ Committee on Examinations fees for 2026: $680 first-time bar exam fee (non-attorney), plus Character & Fitness fee. February 2026: August 1, 2025 (opens) - November 1, 2025 (final). July 2026: January 1, 2026 (opens) - April 1, 2026 (final).
